Mechanical Engineer

This role involves leading the development of cutting-edge packaging equipment, taking early-stage concepts and turning them into scalable, manufacturable solutions.

• Design, prototype, and launch advanced machinery using SolidWorks and ePDM
• Own the full mechanical lifecycle: concept creation through field validation

Collaborate with electrical engineers on system integration

Collaborate with procurement teams for component selection

Present design documentation for stakeholder review

Support beta deployments and troubleshoot performance issues

• Analyze feedback from customers
  • Determine pain points and translate them into design opportunities
