- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, generators, UPS systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of M&E equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergencies, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and energy usage, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
- Participate in the planning and execution of facility expansion and upgrade projects, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
- Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of [4] years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong mechanical background.
- Data center experience preferred, with knowledge of critical facility infrastructure and best practices.
- Experience working with HVAC systems, electrical distribution systems, generators, UPS systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex M&E issues under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
