    Trilogy is actively seeking to hire a full-time Shop Supervisor to support its operation in the Midland/Odessa Texas area. The primary role as the Shop Supervisor is to manage shop and rig up staff along with maintenance programs. Responsible for overseeing employees and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently.

    A successful candidate will live in the Midland Odessa Texas area, possess strong leadership skills, specific knowledge of the shop's industry, and knowledge of all proper job site health & safety policies.

    Position Description

    Trilogy's Shop Supervisor hires and trains employees, monitors work activity, works with clients and customers, order supplies, fixes equipment, and enforces rules and regulations associated with the job site.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Shop Foreman
    Recruits and hires new shop employees.
    Provides employee training.
    Creates and manages employee schedule.
    Oversees daily work of employees.
    Warns, disciplines, or terminates employees not working to company standards.
    Greets customers who enter the shop.
    Processes customer and client work orders.
    Enters customer and job information into computer database.
    Maintains work records and files.
    Assigns duties to shop workers.
    Assists in repair, construction, maintenance.
    Reviews work completed to ensure it is up to quality standards.
    Enforces all health and safety policies in the shop.
    Ensures that all deadlines are met.
    Assists employees in on-site health or safety emergencies.
    Addresses and resolves customer issues and complaints.
    Inspects and cleans shop equipment.
    Fixes equipment and machinery as necessary.
    Orders supplies.
    Operates shop machinery such as forklifts or manufacturing equipment.
    Ensures the shop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous material.

    Education and Experience
    High school diploma or GED required.
    Warehouse, factory, or shop experience preferred.
    Managerial or supervisory experience required.
    Work Environment

    Most working hours will be spent in the job participating in and overseeing repairs and maintenance 5 days a week.

    Shifts may vary from day to evening.
    Weekend hours will be required from time to time.
    Standard 40-hour workweek applies, though overtime may be necessary.
    Some areas of the job site may be hazardous so protective gear should be worn when appropriate.
    Salary
    The salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $75,000 per year. DOE
