    Description

    Job Title: Physical Therapist

    Location: West Palm Beach, FL

    Facility: Nursing Home

    We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule with no weekend rotations, allowing for a balanced work-life harmony. Our facility is committed to providing the highest standard of care, and we are looking for a professional who shares our passion for enhancing the health and wellness of our residents.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
    • Provide interventions, treatments, and therapies according to the established patient care plans.
    • Document resident care services by charting in patient and department records according to accepted regulatory, corporate, and professional guidelines.
    • Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients.
    • Educate patients and family members on treatments, prevention, and care enhancement techniques.
    • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with facility procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Ensure the quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy school.
    • Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload.
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Schedule:

    • Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
    • No weekend rotations required.

    Compensation:

    • Hourly range: $ $43.07
