    Overview:
    Our company, Team Rehab, is a group of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics located in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We are dedicated to offering top-notch outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services. Our goal is to ensure that our patients have a positive therapy experience and witness noticeable improvements in their health. With a focus on quality and patient satisfaction, our organization has been expanding since launching our first clinic in 2001.

    In order to enhance accessibility for our patients, their friends, and families, we are continuously opening new clinics across different states.

    Common Standards:
    - Avoid making disrespectful remarks about any group.
    - Refrain from using offensive language.
    - Do not display any content that may be deemed offensive by patients or colleagues.
    - Uphold a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on various factors.

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide top-quality healthcare to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction.
    - Assist patients, address their inquiries, and educate them on their injury and recovery progress.
    - Supervise aides during treatment sessions and in general responsibilities.
    - Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and establish new goals.
    - Decide on patient discharge timings.
    - Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
    - Meet productivity expectations based on patient workload.
    - Contribute to developing treatment protocols for common diagnoses.
    - Participate in clinic-supported research studies.
    - Commit to continuous professional development through education and training opportunities.

    Qualifications:
    - Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant Degree as a minimum requirement.
    - Possess a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
    - Demonstrate dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
