Position Summary:
The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for helping ensure the smooth functioning of ROBO's project and professional services team.
To be successful the Project Delivery Manager should be detailed-oriented, task-focused, passionate about technology, with the ability to set and drive deadlines, allocate resources, and communicate status effectively with customers.
This position is responsible for taking projects from signed order to completion.Benefits:

Responsibilities
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and hold team accountable for results
Schedule and manage project scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with project team members to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction
Identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
Understand the resources and work-flow needed for each project to optimize performance
Track and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders; weekly project calls with clients
Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date, including change orders
Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously improve the project delivery process
Support Client Service Level Agreements objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment
Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in project management software or PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Jira, etc.)
IT and PMP Certification (Preferred)
