    The Position:
    The account manager at Morales Group plays a key role in the success of our organization.

    The account manager is responsible for recruitment of applicants for assigned areas of responsibility while continually exhibiting the core values of the organization; fill orders, interview candidates, maintain accurate information in corporate database; maintain accurate and timely communication with candidates, clients and internal staff; maintain excellent customer relations with Operations and promotes Morales Group, Inc.

    Essential Functions/Job Specific:

    Assist with in-house and external job fairs: application intake, review application for completeness and accuracy, applicant interview, hiring decisions and completion of new hire packets, review of new hire packets for accuracy, responsible for I-9 compliance (complete and accurate I-9s).

    Receive orders for the Anderson Office Branch of Outsourcing opportunities for temporary positions from new and existing clients; confirm receipt of order if not communicated directly.

    Input order information into Tempworks database. Conduct searches in Tempworks or other resume database for suitable candidates.

    Ensure that records in Tempworks database are kept updated and all information is current; review payroll reports weekly and update employee assignments.

    Fill placements with Grade A candidates. Provide replacements for absentees when needed. Confirm candidates with Operations Team. Arrange reporting of hours with employees specific to their assignment.

    Perform client check-in calls at the beginning (1st day), middle (weekly, monthly as needed) of the placement and throughout the assignment (as needed).

    Arrange Operations/candidate interview as necessary, follow-up with each party for feedback.
    Arrange skills testing and screening as required.
    Maintain relationships and loyalty with candidates through regular callbacks, check-in calls and visits.

    Work closely with operations and sales team, consulting daily on the status of orders, client communication and possible strategies for optimum achievement of placement success and customer satisfaction.

    Back-up other recruiters as required. Attend staff meetings and training as required.


    Sales/Business Development:

    Assist the Operations/Sales team on calls to current/future clients to develop a relationship with the current/future companies and to gain an understanding of the position/requirements.

    Travel to recruiting fairs, customer sites, prospective customer sites, training and meetings as required. Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately.

    Fulfill job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the organization's "Code of Business Conduct."Use independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties.


    QualificationsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    1+ years of previous recruiting experience strongly preferred.
    Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
