- Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold calling
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Help prospective businesses evaluate Constructable and handle detailed questions about Constructable's EPC capabilities
- Build strategic partnerships that result in high-value project opportunities
- Manage and cultivate customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships that result in repeat business
- Actively work to meet or exceed the company's strategic growth targets
- Maintain a high level of sales activities necessary for exceeding company goals
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and track the status of sales activities, proposals, and active bids in the company CRM
- Collaborate with Leadership and Estimating to prepare proposals for delivery and/or presentations to customers
- Provide comprehensive and strategic handoff of Customer Contracts to the Project Team
- Analyze and interpret Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure business goals are achieved
- Attend tradeshows, conference, and networking events on behalf of the company
- A minimum of one (1) year of quota-carrying Industrial Construction experience with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota - preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the intricacies of our construction services and relevant project delivery methods
- Exceptional cold-calling skills with a demonstrated ability to generate new business
- Hunter mindset coupled with the ability to Farm existing accounts
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
