Our head-office is located in Reston, VA.POSITION OVERVIEWReporting to the Account Executive, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing projects at a high level while ensuring the day-to-day objectives are being met.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery team and will ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project team members, and leadership to provide project updates, status reports, and recommendations.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and coordination among project stakeholders and team members.
Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations to optimize project outcomes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Lead project meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive engagement, foster collaboration, and promote accountability.
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in project management, preferably in software development projects.
Candidates with active Clearance (MBI preferred) are highly desirable.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and make timely and informed decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Microsoft Project.
