    Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team in San Francisco

    Administrative Assistance:

    • Provides professional client management, creating, revising, and proofreading legal documents.
    • Collaborates with Paralegals on Auditor Requests and Opinion Letters.
    • Maintains client lists, organizes documents, manages appointments, and handles timenotes.
    • Utilizes software for tasks like new matters, billing, and data transfers.
    • Offers backup support, mentors staff, and handles CDs/DVDs and data security.

    Secretarial Support:

    • Manages calls, conferences, and meetings, handling document tasks like copying and printing.
    • Prepares materials for delivery, manages deliveries, and arranges travel.
    • Assists with expenses, works with Records for storage, and may help with events and marketing.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma required
    • At least 3 years of legal secretarial experience and/or 3 years of administrative experience.
    • Experience working in a large law firm preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organization.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
