- Customer service oriented, skilled at building relationships and ensuring operational consistency
- Conduct static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic, and EV (electric) vehicles
- Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs
- Test drive vehicles post-repairs
- Clearly explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning requirements to collision repair center staff, insurance adjusters, and customers
- Basic understanding of removing and installing vehicle parts such as Bumper, trim panels, mirrors
- Carry out pre and post scans with OE or aftermarket tools, and effectively communicate outcomes
- Post completion of training, must be capable of performing static and dynamic calibrations adhering to OE specifications
- Coordinate with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a well-organized workspace
- Ensure immediate completion of tooling software updates
- Accountable for assigned inventory including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, VCI, and other provided equipment
- Engage in virtual (online) training sessions
- Complete designated training programs and certifications
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships in line with company purpose and core values
- Prior automotive repair experience preferred
- Trade school background advantageous
- ASE or I-CAR certifications beneficial
- Successful completion of Protech ADAS Calibration Training
- Knowledge of technology and basic software applications
- Ability to grasp Aftermarket and OEM diagnostic scan tools and factory software
- Ability to learn and interpret collision repair processes and terminology
- Proficiency in using computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
- Occasional travel required for ongoing education and certification training
- Self-motivated, positive demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
- Successful background check clearance
- Capability to independently lift 60 pounds
- Willingness to travel for continuous education and certification training
- Ability to stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
- Frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
- Expected extensive travel within the designated area
- Exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals may occur
- Ability to work in a shop environment under inclement weather conditions
- Mandatory use of PPE including facial covering, eye protection, and gloves

Service Center at PT-WashingtonJob Summary:
Protech Calibration Technicians are in charge of carrying out a broad range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards.
Initial training is provided by Protech along with a dedicated virtual support team and continuous education on new vehicle technology. This role is situated at a static calibration station.
