Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA license or EA designationExperience at a CPA firm or public accounting experienceExperience managing multiple clientsMinimum 1 year accounting experience requiredProficient in QuickBooks OnlineStrong analytical and problem-solving skills


Responsibilities:
Work directly with firm leadership in onboarding new clientsUnderstand and assess new client financial and accounting problems and propose potential solutionsOutline necessary steps to complete monthly accounting closeBuild client relationships and share insights via monthly callsPotential to supervise associate accountants in closing monthly financial results for new clientsEstablish new client reporting, including dashboards and visualizations, to summarize client business performancePerform monthly accounting classification and reconciliations, including implementation of any new finance and accounting technologies

$80, $105,000.00 per year
