    Position Overview

    We are seeking a qualified CT Tech to join our team at a prestigious healthcare facility specializing in trauma care.

    The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in CT imaging and demonstrate strong skills in patient care.

    Key Details


    Shift:
    Day shift, 3x12 Hour (07:00 - 19:30)


    Weekend Requirements:
    Yes, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday


    Call Requirements:
    Yes, one week per contract

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 1 year experience in a Level 3 trauma hospital is required.

    Direct patient care experience within the last year is necessary.


    Certifications:


    Required:
    ARRT CT, BLS


    Preferred:
    Oregon State OBMI*Skills

    Required:
    Preparation and administration of contrast media

    Radiation Safety

    Starting Peripheral IVs and Venipuncture

    Image Display and Post Processing

    Equipment and Procedures
    The CT Tech will be expected to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including:

    CT scans of Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, Head and Neck, and Spine

    Special procedures such as Biopsies, Myelography, and Vascular CTA

    Advanced imaging techniques including 3D rendering, Multiplanar reconstruction, and Region of interest measurement

    Interdisciplinary Support
    The candidate will work collaboratively with various support teams including:

    IV Teams

    Respiratory Services

    Interpretation Services

    Phlebotomy

    Rapid Response Teams

    Pharmacy

    Transportation

    Orientation and Time Off


    Orientation Hours:
    80 hours
