Appliance Service Technician - CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR CLEVELAND, OH - SIGN ON BONUS $2,000 AFTER 90 DAYS OF HIRE

Are you a problem-solver who loves to be out in the field? Our Appliance Techs provide mechanical repairs to washers and dryers at customer and client locations within their assigned region.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently and has a very strong mechanical aptitude.


Maintenance :
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. This includes cleaning, lubricating, replacing worn-out parts, and adjusting settings as necessary.

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process.

Offer advice and recommendations on appliance usage, care, and maintenance to prevent future issues.
Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information. Prepare service reports and update the internal database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Parts and Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Order necessary parts and equipment to ensure the availability of required resources for efficient repairs and maintenance.
