    Senior HR Manager, Integration & Projects

    Location: US/Mexico dsm-firmenich office

    Place of work: Hybrid

    You will act as a key player for Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) transformation as Project manager for key integration initiatives for TTH Business Unit and TTH Business Unit HR. Your priorities include the TTH dashboard, talent retention, engagement and inclusion. You will serve as a key team member participating in people projects with the TTH HR Business Partenr supporting the business and talent integration.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Manage project plan for all TTH Business Unit priorities, including tracking of deadlines and managing stakeholders in collaboration with the Global HRBP team

    • Serve as Project Manager on integration initiatives that are data-driven: engagement (including survey) KPI dashboard, recruitment, organization design and org management, talent movement, diversity and retention. Prepare insights package on integration activities monthly to share trends and progress for the integration with TTH Leadership Team.

    • Support change management communications for the TTH Business Unit HR to positively impact engagement, motivation and clarity for the TTH business unit in areas like compensation, organization changes and announcements.

    • Build agenda and facilitate TTH HR Global Community calls for TTH Business Unit HR to ensure strong connection and focus to support TTH priorities.

    • Participate with Global HRBPs on people projects (25% of time)

    You bring

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience; experience with integrating organizations a strong plus

    • Project Management experience required; experience managing HR-related projects and PM certification a plus.

    • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing and ambiguous environment.

    • High level of personal accountability with ability to manage deadlines and stakeholders. Ability to synthesize complex data, trends and dynamics on a continually evolving basis, understand and anticipate potential impact these may have, and use them to shape the future.

    • Strong command of the English language, both written and oral with global mindset

    • Bachelor's degree required
