Responsibilities:

• Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy through meticulous account reconciliations, journal entries, and analysis
• Conduct reconciliations and analysis for multiple corporate bank accounts
• Support month-end closing activities, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Handle various business tax filings and licensing obligations
• Generate weekly cash reports and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making
• Oversee fixed asset management, including additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as bankers and auditors to fulfill reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate accounting
• CPA certification or progression toward it preferred
• Proficiency in large ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
