    We recognize the importance of flexibility in where and how our people work. As a result, we are working remotely unless our clients request our presence in their office. We will be conducting candidate interviews by video. In order to strengthen interpersonal relationships, this position may require you to be in the office occasionally or attend in-person events.

    Principal Consultant– Product and Agile Implementation and Transformation

    Here is what you will be doing in this role:

    You will serve as a Principal Consultant within our Enterprise Agility Services Advisory practice while supporting product and agility transformation and enablement initiatives.

    These initiatives include transforming organizations from project to product-led while implementing agile ways of working. This includes working with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to create work plans, the product operating model, cutover checklist, and provide status reporting and track metrics and measures. Support the development and delivery of the product transformation vision, transformation roadmap, and rollout strategy and implementation plan. You will have a leadership role over client/vendor teams and be looked to as a trusted advisor by executive leaders, client teams and delivery team members.

    This role will also support the scaling of our Enterprise Agility Services Advisory practice including the maturity of our agile product offerings that align to customer value and revenue growth. Establish, build, and maintain executive level relationships.

    • Product/Agile Enablement
      • Create and maintain a product transformation-driven plan and cutover checklist.
      • Create a strategic product roadmap to guide clients strategic plan, future state operating model, and capabilities required for the future.
      • Perform discovery and current state product analysis activities including facilitating stakeholder interviews; review existing internal documentation.
      • Develop product models and catalog existing entities.
      • Organize and help facilitate regularly occurring cross-functional project team meetings and hurdles; keep all informed-on project status and progress.
      • Lead client sessions to elicit requirements and design practical, robust solutions to tackle business problems.
      • Solicit feedback/gain buy-in from senior leaders across the company.
      • Created content and collateral for training and knowledge transfer. Understand how to build a compelling story and develop executive level PowerPoint presentations with influential recommendations and synthesized findings
      • Design and facilitate workshops to gather and confirm inputs
      • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for presentation to senior leadership at the client
      • Operate and drive delivery teams with Agile principles and mindset
      • Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the success of the initiative.
    • Client Relationship Development
      • Establish, build, and maintain executive level relationships
      • Lead client sessions to elicit business objectives and design practical, robust, prioritized solution approaches
      • Serve as an expert resource to executives and senior management while providing input to assist in the development and enhancement of strategic direction
      • Define the client value and outcomes for all engagement deliverables and solicit feedback/gain buy-in from senior leaders across the client
      • Drive leadership engagement and alignment activities
    • Change Management
      • Identify relevant performance and change management metrics to be monitored and measured.
      • Design a clear compelling case for change with buy-in from top leaders
      • Identify and develop stakeholder communications by working closely with business owners, product owners, and development team members as needed
      • Seek feedback to capture and incorporate lessons learned.
    • Operations and Growth
      • Complete delivery artifacts including planning, issue/risk management, status, and applicable actions within our Randstad management systems.
      • In collaboration with client partners, contribute to account plans by pursuing growth opportunities and developing plans to grow our value delivery.
      • Support the selling process, in collaboration with the engagement leaders and Client Partners

    Your qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required in business, IT, or related disciplines. Master's degree is a plus and will be considered.
    • Management consulting experience (preferably product and engagement leadership)
    • A minimum of 8 years of professional work experience
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience and working on client-facing teams
    • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships that improve the quality of work products with all levels of client stakeholders
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
    • Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups
    • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic
    • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders.

    $165,000 - $200,000. This base salary range is based on your actual work location and hours worked. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to role, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
