    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Division Manager. The role is located in Coral Gables, FL, with flexibility for remote work. The Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mechanical engineering projects within Miami and South Florida.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of mechanical engineers, designers, and drafters to ensure project success and professional growth.
    • Collaborate with other division managers and project managers to coordinate interdisciplinary efforts and ensure seamless project execution
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
    • Oversee the design and development of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors

    Qualifications

    • Professional Engineering (PE) License in Mechanical Engineering required
    • 10+ years of experience in the the design of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems
    • Project management and leadership skills
    • Experience working with architects, contractors, owners, and developers
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic understanding of Spanish
