Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Operations Procurement Agent to join our Functional Excellence - Process Compliance and Visibility team in Everett, WA.

The qualified candidate will provide operations function guidance and understanding to BCA Supply Chain Operations PA's through authoring and interpreting command media and Supply Chain Operating Instructions (SCOI). Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with Category management teams and independent contributors, providing process understanding in a customer-service focused approach, and complete special projects to streamline, enhance, and otherwise shape standard work for the BCA Supply Chain organization.

Our team is currently hiring a Senior (Level 4) and Lead (Level 5) Operations Procurement Agent.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide oversight and guidance to PA's on how to manage supply and demand, production schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Assist or advise PA's as they prepare and execute supplier recovery and other performance strategies, in accordance with contractual documents and binding agreements.
Consult with internal customers on how to resolve supplier performance issues.
Lead special projects to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier management strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
10+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
10+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
10+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Domestic and international travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

Level 5: 15+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
5+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
10+ years of experience developing and executing supply chain strategies
5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

Summary pay range (Level 4): $125,100 - $145,275

Summary pay range (Level 5): $156,600 - $181,850
