- Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations for students in need of special education services
- Interpret test results, assess learning strengths and weaknesses, and recommend appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and goals
- Travel between the 4 different districts regularly to provide services to students
- Texas Certification as an Educational Diagnostician
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with diverse student populations
