- Excellent math skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in estimating and take-offs, preferably in miscellaneous metals
- Ability to act as a liaison between contractors and the company, providing feedback to sales, engineering, purchasing, and management
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a take-off program like I SQFT or McGraw Hill, including job tracking
- Ability to learn our company's internal information systems and software
