    This position reports toContinuous Improvement ManagerYour responsibilitiesPrimary focus will be on engineering time studies in manufacturing operations, working with machine operators and operation leaders on operation standardsAlso, involved with continuous improvement activities in the facility in all functions, including Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Quality, and Lean manufacturingIntroduction and involvement with Research & Development (R&D) activities with corporate engineering team in Memphis, TennesseeSupport of all personal and professional development activitiesYour backgroundCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United StatesIntern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksiteExperience in AutoCAD software useLegally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the futureUtilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutionsEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesDemonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising qualityCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
