- Organize and execute day-to-day accounting functions
- Account reconciliations and cash flow management
- Oversight of all system input from Admin Team - A/R, A/P, Inventory
- Daily wire transfer management
- Monthly financial statement preparation
- Standard business taxes such as sales tax, property tax, annual renewals
- Communicate with customers and vendors on escalated issues
- Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
- Provide special project assistance and miscellaneous duties as assigned by CFO
- Support branch team
- Proven, knowledgeable passion for accounting
- Accounting degree preferred
- Detail-oriented and results driven
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word required
- 5+-years of experience in Accounting - Business Administration - Operations
- Excellent verbal & written skills required
- Self-starter who embraces learning & problem solving
- Small-medium business experience in accounting
- Dealership or transportation industry, inventory management is a plus
- Small Business Office in Grayson, GA

Job DescriptionSemi-Trailer Big Box, a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership with Branches in Grayson, Georgia and Dallas, Texas is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Senior Accounting Manager. Desired Hours are 9-2 M-F. Can be flexible with hours. We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual with very clear goals. This position is located in our Grayson, GA office.
Position Summary:
This is a high-level position to lead and execute all day-to-day Accounting functions. You will support the CFO and coordinate activities with our administrative team.
