    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSwope Mitsubishi in Radcliff, KY. has an immediate need for a Quick lane Automotive Service Technician. We have a NEW career program for Technicians coming in with OR without experience.

    We offer a GREAT compensation plan that increases as you advance in our program. Manufacturer training is paid in full by our dealership . These full-time positions will receive training from oil changes and tire rotations to braking and suspension inspections. Swope Mitsubishi service department is temperature controlled.
    We are part of the Swope Swope Family of Dealerships with locations throughout the Hardin County area. Swope has been in the Hardin County area for 70 years.

    As a Quick Lane Automotive Technician you will:
    Perform Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner.
    Perform Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing.
    Light Duty Repair work
    • Wipers, Air & Cabin Filters, Battery testing.
    Provide Service Advisor with a quality inspection and communicate recommendations when needed.
    Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
    Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect.
    Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
    Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
    Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.

    Willing to help out in any area of the service department where needed, this could include building and grounds maintenance.


    RequirementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


    Experience in a vocational automotive tech program strongly preferredExperience as a Lube Technician preferred, but not requiredGood driving record acceptable to the companyAbility to lift 50 lbs.
