    Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House). Through the years, that restaurant prospered and led Cathy to further the success of his business. In 1967, Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center. Today, Chick-fil-A has the highest same-store sales and is the largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States based on annual system-wide sales. Today, Chick-fil-A is America's #1 fast food restaurant.

    Pay Type:

    • Starting at up to $15/hr (full-time 35+ hours)
    • Starting at up to $13/hr (18+, Part-time)
    • $11-$12/hr (14+, Part-time)

    Position Type: Part-Time, Flexible shifts Monday-Saturday

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
    • Must be comfortable working outside
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
    • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
    • Positive attitude
    • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
    • Customer Service-Oriented

    Responsibilities:

    • Exhibit a positive & servant's heart attitude with every customer and team interaction
    • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
    • Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
    • Stock or clean during "down" time
    • Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and to cars in the parking lot
    • Checking for product quality and consistency
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
    • Complete all tasks as assigned
    Minimum 16+ years old * Previous customer service experience preferred * Previous leadership experience an asset * Reliable transportation * Eligible to work in United States
