Description

VIRELLA is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our team. With over 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses while also expanding our reach by building new relationships and acquiring referrals. Additionally, you will lead a small team in carrying out these tasks, guiding and training them to ensure success.

Service existing client base
Research new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and results
Train and develop incoming team members
Report on daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus on daily recruiting, training, and leadership development

This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average. As you excel in your role and master our systems, you will have the opportunity to advance to the Agency Director position.
