- Communicate internally with all employees on the project, other disciplines and departments, and externally with the client, contractors, and Government Agencies.
- Prepare the necessary elements for technical presentations for participation in client meetings and agency meetings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental/chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10-15 years' experience managing environmental requirements for large industrial projects with a focus on project management and client consultation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with co-workers, clients and subcontractors.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices
- Must be able to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to apply the knowledge and principles of engineering, organization, planning, and development.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in environmental practices.
- Skill in planning, developing, and implementing development guidelines and best practices.
