Our client,a leading Biotechnology Company
is hiring an
Instrument Technician
to join their team in
Los Angeles, CA
This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits (potential to convert or extend)
As the
Instrument Technician , you will
provide highly visible customer support
through the performance of on-site installation,
as well as
overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
Checks out and
approves operational quality of system equipmentInstructs customers in the operation and maintenance
of the systemActs as company liaison
with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projectsInterprets customers' needs and clarifies if the responsibility
for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers
Desired Skills:2 years of Lab ExperiencePrior experience utilizing
SAPPrior experience utilizing
ServiceMax2 years
of experience in
diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex lab/medical equipment and systems
