    Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) looking for a fulfilling full-time opportunity to support a Speech-Language Pathologistthroughout the entire school year? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team at Soliant Health

    Responsibilities: As an SLPA with Soliant Health, you will work closely with our licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional support to students in a school setting. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Assisting the SLP in evaluating and assessing students' speech and language abilities.
    2. Implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions designed by the SLP.
    3. Conducting therapy sessions with students both individually and in small groups.
    4. Monitoring and recording students' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
    5. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
    6. Participating in team meetings, IEP conferences, and school-related events as required.

    Qualifications: To be considered for the SLPA position, you must meet the following qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
    2. State licensure as an SLPA
    3. Previous experience working as an SLPA in a school setting is preferred but not required
    4. Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the educational team, students, and parents
    5. Passion for helping students achieve their munication and language goals
