    The Opportunity

    As an Art Direction Intern, you will be fully embedded and entrenched in the visual creative process. You will work with multiple teams across clients that work to make a positive impact on people every day.

    This paid, full-time internship will run June 3 - August 30th, 2024. The program is remote with the opportunity for hybrid. A minimum of 20 hours a week Monday – Friday are required. Schedules can be customized based on the individual needs.

    As an Art Direction Intern, you will:

    • Support our creative team to deliver campaign concepts, materials, and deliverables for our clients.
    • Receive and apply constructive feedback, push past your comfort zone, and strive for creative excellence.
    • Partner with a day-to-day manager to set and achieve goals.
    • Report to our Creative Leadership team.

    Qualifications

    Anyone interested in gaining more experience in the creative field is encouraged to apply. This role is intended to provide an entry point for you into the industry, and we will help develop your skills and experience along the way, however, a portfolio/samples of your work is required.

    • Proficient with Adobe software.
    • Must be proficient in Google Docs and be on screen/video calls during work.
    • Able to showcase a professional appearance when working from home.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Smart, self-starter who takes initiative & the ability to work in a team.
    • Good work ethic and interest in learning
    • Able to organize, plan, and perform assigned duties with minimal supervision.
