Job Summary
This Scheduling Clerk/PT Aide position is part time @ 20 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient Monday thru Friday dayshift schedule.We are looking for a dynamic Scheduling Clerk/PT Aide to work in our outpatient Physical Therapy office who will provide direct/indirect patient care in the outpatient physical therapy setting.
Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies and procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for obtaining all pertinent information including demographic and insurance information.
- Sending all referrals to the insurance verifier and calling all patients in a timely manner.
