    Team Lead Position at Resource Employment Solutions

    Resource Employment Solutions is looking for a dedicated Team Lead to join a top-notch technology-driven transportation company located in Batavia, IL.



    Responsibilities of a Team Lead:

    • Be a key player in the nightly operations, serving as the primary contact for Operations and Area Managers to ensure smooth sortation processes, including unloading, containerization, and addressing any issues with missing packages.
    • Provide direct support to team members, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.

    Requirements for the Role:

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
    • Available to work night shifts.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
    • Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds and going up and down stairs.
    • Proficient in using various technologies such as scanners, computers, and handheld printers.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a leadership position.

    Shift Details and Compensation:

    • Work schedule: Monday to Sunday with two days off during the week.
    • Shift timing: Second shift from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
    • Hourly pay rate: $23.00
