- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that support occupancy and revenue goals for our Independent Senior Living communities.
- Lead targeted campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with Executive Directors and the broader sales team.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Cultivate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and community engagement.
- Build strong referral pipelines by nurturing relationships with professionals, organizations, and influencers in the senior care space.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demographic shifts to identify opportunities for growth.
- Nurture prospective residents and families through a trust‑based, hospitality‑driven sales approach.
- Represent the Stellar Living brand through tours, presentations, events, and community activities.
- Ensure all interactions reflect our standards of exceptional customer service and resident‑centered care.
- Implement and optimize CRM utilization (Welcome Home), ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and account management.
- Partner closely with Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and corporate leadership to align messaging, marketing, and conversion strategies.
- Foster a culture of excellence, trust, accountability, and joy within the sales department and across the organization.
- Demonstrated success in senior living sales leadership with a consistent record of achieving occupancy and sales goals.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with Welcome Home preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategy.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead innovative marketing and sales initiatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.

The full-time Director of Sales will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy, expanding market presence, and strengthening the Stellar Living brand.
