    North Country HealthCare is transforming health care for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona.     Payson is a town of 16,000 people located about 90 miles northeast of Phoenix, Arizona.     • MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
    • Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
