    Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Coach for our Financial District location.

    F45 Head Coaches play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience.

    As an F45 Head Coach, you will manage the team of part-time coaches as well as run 10-20 group training classes, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing all aspects of the F45 coaching team
    • Manage and up-skill the team of part-time trainers using the F45 methodology
    • Regularly assess and provide feedback to the team of part time coaches
    • Participate in the monthly F45 HQ Athletics webinars
    • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the coaching team to go over new F45 phases
    • Ensure coaches are following opening and closing procedures
    • Deliver exceptional classes by creating an energetic environment and creating a culture of family within the studio
    • Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
    • Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
    • Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained and expertly set up for each day's circuit
    • Focus on membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities
    • Assist the membership manager with membership sales
    • Conduct studio tours
    • Answering phone calls

    Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3-year minimum experience as a personal trainer
    • 1-year minimum as a F45 coach (non negotiable)
    • Must hold a current fitness certification from an F45-approved education entity, for example; ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), or equivalent international organization
    • Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Exceptional leadership skills
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with members
    • Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
    • Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
    • Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
    • Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons
