- Supervisory duties (under direction of manager/director) to include:

- Be able to plan, control and direct all aspects of employee relations. Tact is required to deal effectively with employee and professional staff. Logical thinking and discretion is required to make decisions in initiating and implementing policies and procedures and standards.
- A Bachelor's degree is required (masters preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, set clear expectations and confront concerns as they arise.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible in meeting regulatory and organizational performance expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external departments/resources to deliver residential services to our patients.
- Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) fire safety, standard precautions and first-aid training is required within ninety (90) days of employment start date.
- CPR certification is required to be completed within thirty (30) days of employment start date.
- Hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license.
- Successfully pass the Caregiver Background Check at date of hire and every 4 years after.
- American Heart Association CPR certification needs to be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment start date.
- Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) is required and will be provided within 60 days of employment start date. Annual re-certification is required.
- Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) fire safety, standard precautions and first-aid training is required within ninety (90) days of employment start date.
- Medication Administration Certification Training.
- A SAC-IT/CSAC or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist is required or 2-5 years experience working with individuals with substance use disorders with willingness to complete SAC-IT within 6 months of hire.

Rogers Behavioral Health in Sheboygan is excited to announce an opportunity to join lead the Supportive Living Home as the Supportive Living Supervisor.
The Supportive Living Supervisor coordinates patient care and management of the Supportive Living site.
The Supportive Living site will be home to patients receiving treatment for a variety of mental health concerns including Anxiety, Depression, OCD and co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders among others.
This position is responsible for coordination and supervision of Supportive Living Coordinators in conjunction with the Director of Operations. The Supportive Living Supervisor works independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Accountable for oversight of the Supportive Living Coordinator (SLC) staff and day to day operations, ensuring all shifts are staffed and can accommodate capacity of the facility.
B. Participate in recruitment activities including creating requisitions, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new staff.C. Complete introductory and annual evaluations along with overseeing completion of job training checklists.
D.
Oversee and ensure patient rounds and patient care notes are entered into the electronic medical record accurately and in a timely fashion.
E. Ensure medication protocols are followed and incident reports are completed in a timely manner when deviations occur.F. Develop operational program materials in conjunction with manager/director; ie., handouts, fact sheets, manuals.
G. Offer ongoing training, support and coaching to staff members consistent with system, site and program expectations.
H. Provide on-call support to the Supportive Living Coordinators.
I. Approve PTO, complete payroll timecard adjustments and approvals.
J. Attend, participate and lead staff meetings, in-services, and huddles in conjunction with manager/director.
K. Provide direct patient care when staff are unexpectedly out/unavailable. Provide assistance with all Supportive Living Coordinator duties when needed.
L. Demonstrates and exemplifies Rogers Cultural Agreements and provides coaching as needed to direct reports.
M. Meet and greet all residents and make regular contact with them.
B.
Participate in community and marketing activities to develop the business, create awareness of Rogers and services provided, and promote the organization.
C. Establish, maintain, and encourage strong lines of communication with manager/director, clinical leadership, and other clinical staff.D.
Assist in promoting a team atmosphere by treating individuals with respect and honesty and by using direct communication and active listening skills.
B. Complete maintenance requests as needed.
C.
Complete and manage incident reports (SAI360) related to employee and visitor injuries, complaints and/or other concerns as defined in the incident reporting policy.
D. Maintain updated knowledge in life-sustaining techniques and emergency first aid.E. Maintain the safety and confidentiality of the patient and patient records.
B. Identify potential gaps in workflow, resolve if possible, report any ongoing deficits to manager/director.
Report verbally and/or in writing pertinent information to attending provider and the treatment team as necessary and discern situations requiring immediate attention versus those that can be postponed.
B.Communicate as necessary with the program manager/director and other treatment team members regarding the residents' treatment and care, both verbally and in writing.
C.Daily/Frequent check-ins with census including:
a. Identifying, understanding and working through barriers to obtaining maximum census alongside manager/director.
b. Reviewing scheduled discharges and scheduled admissions to ensure efficient scheduling of admissions.
c. Reviewing upcoming admissions/discharges to ensure facility readiness.
B.
Schedule shadow shifts with all incoming staff to fulfill Rogers and regulatory policy while allowing for appropriate preparation of new staff.
C. Provide on-going education, training, coaching sessions and feedback to existing staff.D. Conduct audits and provide feedback.
E. Engage in coaching and corrective action process for staff as needed, while keeping the manager/director and HR informed.
B. Complete program-specific competencies and training requirements as developed by the program manager/director, clinical leadership and/or Talent Development.
C.
Be involved in education and knowledge of the various aspects of treatment approach to recovery and apply these principles to daily interaction with residents.
D.Act as line of communication for residents and treatment team when they have questions regarding the philosophies behind the program.
E. Report any deviations to the program not already reported by SLCs to manager/director and/or treatment team.Monitor daily supplies and complete appropriate orders (IE:
general office supplies, food orders, linens etc.).
B. Submit receipts for local orders to purchasing for appropriate processing.
C. Maintain emergency food and supply reserve. Ensure food is not expired and all food is labeled properly.
D. Monitor appropriate use of gas and food cards.
B. Demonstrate measurable goal achievement.
C. Maintain department policies and procedures.
D. Include requirements and guidelines from external agencies (i.e., Department of Health Services, State of Wisconsin).
E. Educate new staff regarding regulations or requirements of those functions that relate to their areas or departments, as directed.
F. Demonstrate acceptance and training of student interns in the department, as directed.
B. Participate in in-services, seminars and other meetings to increase involvement and awareness of regulations.
C. Involve self in the education of other disciplines regarding the department's regulations.

Interact with residents, family members, significant others and other visitors to reflect excellence in customer service while maintaining professional boundaries.
C. Participate in and review the development of departmental policies and procedures as assigned by the operations manager/director.B. Apply the improvement model to your department's activities.
C. Participate and/or create improvement teams that lead to improvement in facility areas.
D. Educate and involve self in the Rogers improvement plans.
B. Communicate with all individuals in a positive and professional manner.
C. Attempt to resolve individual issues with peers in a positive, calm manner, with a focus on solution.

E. Attend outside seminars and/or educational classes to promote professional growth.
