Physician Liaison
Basic Function
The Physician Liaison plays a critical role in building successful and sustainable relationships with our referral sources and community partners.
Responsibilities · The Liaison is responsible for the practice's growth, coordinating and implementing practice outreach programs and serving as a patient advocate while representing the Practice professionally.
· Educated in all Practice treatments/procedures through training and in turn educate others. This is done with the goal of growing the Practice business.
Stay informed of local market activity, competition, demographics, and new providers.
Identify potential new referral sources.
Conducts personal visits to referral sources daily with face-to-face meetings with providers and staff to develop relationships; increases referral base.
Facilitates meetings for our providers with referral sources. Coordinates "lunch and learns" and similar breakfast or dinner meetings to discuss clinical offerings
Community Engagement: Actively engage with community groups, schools, and other organizations to promote the practice's services and programs.
Maintain a provided lead tracking system. Track referrals and prepare referral pattern analysis for management.
· Create engaging content for social media platforms, practice website, and marketing materials
Serve as a liaison between practice and referral sources to resolve problems.
· Functions as the primary contact for referring offices.

Education · Bachelor's Degree is preferable.
Experience · Two to three years in healthcare marketing, preferably in a physician services environment.
