Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3 years' experience in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry environment
- 2 years of leadership experience
- ,6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying
- Identify,,organize,,plan and allocate resources
- Aquire and analyze relevant information about shift performance indicators
- ,Issue progressive counseling (up to including termination)to associates for performance below minimum expectations(li),Analyze staffing needsand delegate work based on volume requirementsin assigned departments+ Benefits
