- Answering phones and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with editing and formatting documents, scanning, copies, and distributing documents.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering more as needed.
- Coordinating office services, including food ordering & deliveries, landscaping services, janitorial and maintenance services, etc.
- Assisting with scheduling of meetings, setting up conference calls, sending electronic invitations, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Providing administrative support for projects and social events.
- Light cleaning of kitchen area and conference room to maintain useability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- The ability to multitask and be flexible to day-to-day activities changing.
- Capacity to work independently and complete assignments within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, associate degree helpful.
- 2+ years of Receptionist or Office Assistant experience preferred.
