- Develop and execute strategies aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize promotional offers, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in driving customer engagement and sales.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and conceptualization through to launch and ongoing optimization. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage roadmap alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, UX/UI, technology, and analytics to ensure alignment and successful execution of merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use findings to refine strategies and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Continuously monitor performance and iterate strategies based on data insights and feedback.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 3 years specifically focused on ecommerce environment, customer service, or sales productivity.
- Experience in a mid to large-sized enterprise company with a reputable ecommerce platform is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ecommerce strategies that have driven measurable business results.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports. Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
