Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic vendor reports, data analysis, registration, and coordination of vendor information with IS contracts
Promotes a positive workplace, we drive engagement, respect, and close collaboration between team member

Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of standard vendor management industry practices
Ability to acquire knowledge of procedures for the supported business unit
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
Work is frequently performed against mandated deadlines
Responsible for providing assistance in the acquisition, negotiation and renewal functions related to IT vendor contracts. Register vendors for IT contracts and manages databases for IT vendor contracts, coordinate all business agreements- NDA etc, coordinating with IS personnel, contracts, procurements, and management
Candidate needs to be savvy in MS Office- the rest they can be trained on
Understating of databases- not required but would help
A lot of excel spreadsheet
Good communication skills- work with different levels of management

Education/Certifications:
Associate degree and 2 years job related work experience OR 4 years job related work experience

Onsite role in

Columbia, SC .
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 25% remote work.

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
