    Essential Functions:

    • Responsible for scheduling home visits
    • Responsible in managing the ongoing details of coordination including problem resolution, up selling, quality assurance, anticipating needs, advising families, directing field staff, and following up after new field staff is assigned.
    • Responsible for attending weekly staff meetings with your team
    • Coordinates care with the CCA, ECC, family members, and other care providers.
    • Tracks, scrutinizes and processes all daily care logs, and audio notes on a weekly basis
    • Resolves scheduling challenges
    • Participates in on-call rotation. While on-call, handles all client, caregiver, and scheduling issues that occur.
    • Completes special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Two years scheduling experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of scheduling in-home care and/or health care a must.
    • As we are sometimes working with hearing impaired Clients, excellent command of the English language is required
    • Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
    • Associates degree preferred

    Working Environment:

    • Office Environment, non-remote
    • Sunday - Thursday
    • On Call 2-3 nights per week.
