    Litigation Paralegal – Complex Business Litigation | $95K–$105K | Hybrid (3/2)

    A leading national law practice is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with strong complex commercial/business litigation experience to support a high‑profile litigation partner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from an AMLaw environment who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting and wants to grow within a top‑tier legal team.

    About the Role

    In this position, you'll support attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle, with a particular focus on banking & financial services litigation, complex business disputes, and trial preparation. The role requires strong organization, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple, high‑stakes matters simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage federal and state court filings, including e‑filing (federal + GA state courts).
    • Handle litigation calendaring: hearings, deadlines, discovery schedules.
    • Draft routine litigation documents (notices of appearance, motions for extension, motions for default, subpoenas).
    • Maintain case files (electronic and hard copy) and prepare organized binders.
    • Conduct online legal research, including document retrieval via LexisNexis/Westlaw.
    • Assist with document productions (redaction, Bates stamping, copying).
    • Cite‑check, Bluebook, and Shepardize legal briefs and memoranda.
    • Organize, analyze, and index litigation documents and exhibits.
    • Support attorneys through all stages of deposition prep.
    • Build and maintain trial exhibit & deposition designation databases; prepare pre‑ and post‑trial materials.
    • Provide in‑courtroom trial support, including tech setup and presentation (OnCue).
    • Serve as a professional, responsive liaison with attorneys, staff, and clients at all levels.
    • Manage cases from inception to trial/appeal with strong attention to detail and shifting priorities.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
    • Experience with complex commercial litigation is essential.
    • AMLaw law firm background strongly preferred.
    • At least 2 years of trial experience preferred.
    • Strong proofreading, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
    • Experience with electronic discovery in commercial matters.
    • Bachelor's degree + ABA‑approved paralegal certificate preferred (or relevant paralegal degree).
