    Dishwasher

    As a Dishwasher for Traditions Hospitality Group in our fast-casual establishment, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant and the satisfaction of our guests.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
    • Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
    • Empty trash bins regularly and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
    • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
    • Clean kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
    • Follow safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic environment.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to support the efficient operation of the kitchen.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
    • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
    • Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
    Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
    • Stand and work in a kitchen environment for extended periods.
