Steak Plant Bandsaw Operators

Pay Rates
- Pay starts at $18.50 per hour and can increase to $21.65 per hour
- Employees who develop advanced skills qualify for the higher pay grades
- B-Shift - Wednesday - Saturday, 5:45am to 4:30pm.
- C-Shift - Mon, Tue, Friday, Sat, 5:45am to 4:30pm.
- Extra shifts available for more overtime
- Wolverine Packing is looking for skilled bandsaw operators
- Most employees are trained for several positions to find advancement opportunities
- Arrive to work on time, every day, ready to work
- Follow company policies and procedures as it relates to GMPs, SSOPS, HACCP, and OSHA
- Work with team members and managers to ensure the highest quality of products
- Perform additional tasks as requested by a supervisor
- Energetic and respectful person with a positive attitude
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Able to stand 10 hours per day in a cool, 40° temperature-controlled environment
- Pass a physical with a controlled substance drug screen
- Minimum of 18 years of age
