Caseload: K-8th grade, 40 students

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload. If you are passionate about helping students develop their communication skills and ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' progress.
Maintain accurate and organized student records.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Stay current on best practices and advances in the field of speech-language pathology.
Support and advocate for students' communication needs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Oregon state licensure as an SLP.
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion and dedication to improving students' communication skills.
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students.
Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
