Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of data analyst/engineer work experience
5 years of experience in:
Business requirements gathering,
Process design with regard to project management methodologies across multiple types of initiatives and project phases,
Requirements analysis and modeling,
Workshop facilitation and documentation, and change request management.
3 years of experience working with PowerApps Studio, creating and deploying solutions within Azure Cloud Services and the O365 environment.
3 years of experience and knowledge deploying Microsoft Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions including a focus on following best practices and industry standards aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
1 year of experience with Azure DevOps
Needs to have demonstrated strong leadership skills; the ability to provide a comprehensive vision for potential solutions; the ability to manage with a flexible approach to process; the proven ability to deliver quality products; and the interpersonal skills required to effectively lead diverse teams.
The Data Analyst role supports the analysis and modeling of existing Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes with regard to:
Project Intake and Prioritization
Project Planning and Collaboration
Resource Capacity/Demand Management
Project Status and Portfolio Reporting
Budgeting and Cost Tracking
Project Management Office (PMO) Governance
The subject portfolio of projects can largely be characterized in the realm of our infrastructure improvement/repair with a focus on project planning, design, and construction.
The analysis is used to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement, definition, and successful completion of projects.
Project support includes requirements gathering, requirements documentation, requirements analysis and modeling, change requests management, and performance of acceptance testing.
