    Business Affairs Manager

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Handling contract negotiations and clearances, with a focus on Talent background and knowledge of SAG/AFTRA and ACTRA Unions.
    • Providing guidance on copyright and trademark issues, and advising on talent hiring and music licensing.
    • Reviewing and ensuring compliance of vendor agreements and negotiating music licenses.
    • Managing union claims and handling talent invoices, among other tasks related to production.

    What You'll Bring to the Table

    • Minimum 3+ years of industry experience.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with Talent Agents.
    • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, being proactive and self-motivated.
    • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a thorough understanding of Broadcast/Integrated Production.
    • BA/BS Degree preferred.
