- Handling contract negotiations and clearances, with a focus on Talent background and knowledge of SAG/AFTRA and ACTRA Unions.
- Providing guidance on copyright and trademark issues, and advising on talent hiring and music licensing.
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance of vendor agreements and negotiating music licenses.
- Managing union claims and handling talent invoices, among other tasks related to production.
- Minimum 3+ years of industry experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with Talent Agents.
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, being proactive and self-motivated.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a thorough understanding of Broadcast/Integrated Production.
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
