Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Grace Home, our long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota.
As a caregiver, you will take on the responsibility and accountability for a group of mainly elderly patients during a specified time period. You will provide care to these patients through the therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and collaborating with other health care team members.
You will contribute to fulfilling the mission and objectives of the facility and Essentia, ensuring compliance with the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies.
