    JOB TITLE:
    Senior Analyst


    JOB LOCATION:
    1 TerraCycle Way, Trenton, NJ 08638

    JOB DUTIES:
    Forecast, report, and analyze the budget (including new, complex business initiatives).


    Work closely with business managers across the globe, analysts, operations and finance to collect bottom-up assumptions and review the P&L.

    Conduct monthly analysis of actual vs. planned results with explanations of variances.

    Update/reforecast P&L on a monthly basis.

    Build, verify, and improve the models in business planning and analytics software.

    Develop process improvements and dashboards maximizing our forecasting software and decision-making tools.


    Act as finance team representative and liaison with certain business groups including attending team meetings, providing finance insights and preparing adhoc analysis.

    Perform financial and operational analysis for senior management decision-making.

    Support the development of presentation materials for executive leadership.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    This job requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field and 1 year of experience in any occupation involving relevant IPO preparation experience including accounting conversions in accordance with IFRS or reconciliation to US GAAP


    Job also requires:
    1 year of developing financial models and key performance indicators using Workday Adaptive Planning or Oracle Hyperion Planning for cost optimization analysis;

    1 year of revenue and cost forecast validation with regression analysis of the statistical method using Microsoft Excel Data Analysis ToolPak; and,


    1 year hands-on experience in each of the following programs - SAP ERP or Oracle NetSuite ERP of data integration, Workday Adaptive Planning or Oracle Hyperion Planning of financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel of statistical analysis.


    SALARY:
    $75,400/year
